OUR BUSINESS

Since its launch in 2010 Avolon has suceeded in its goal of building an industry leading aircraft finance business. Aircraft leasing is a growth industry and an increasingly important source of financing for the commercial aviation industry.

OUR FLEET

Avolon invests in young, modern, fuel-efficient aircraft. Our portfolio comprises a balance of new aircraft ordered directly from manufacturers, together with young aircraft acquired through sale and leaseback transactions. The Avolon fleet is a risk-balanced portfolio of quality assets and the youngest fleet among the world’s three largest aircraft lessors.

LEASING SERVICES

Avolon provides lease and lease management services to airlines and airlines investors worldwide. Avolon provides airlines with access to attractive delivery slots from its order book, or with the financing to take delivery of aircraft that they have ordered directly from OEMs. Working closely with airlines, Avolon facilitates fleet renewal and growth, assisting customers to enhance their portfolio and improve their performance.

AIRCRAFT TRADING

Active aircraft trading is central to Avolon’s business model and helps facilitate portfolio risk-management, provides ongoing liquidity and recycles capital within the business. Avolon has a dedicated aircraft trading team who have strong and long-standing relationships with aircraft investors globally, and can provide them with access to attractive aircraft assets leased to airlines around the world.
